At Fire Forensics, we are always looking at ways to improve the quality of our investigations and reporting.

 

Over the last several months, we have introduced an additional step into our investigations, the Scene Buddy System.

The Scene Buddy System involves a buddy-like approach to each case, so each investigator is not completely alone.

 

When attending a fire scene, the investigator will contact their buddy, via phone, Facetime, or text, to run them through their findings and bounce ideas off in a collaborative sense. Ensuring the integrity of all on-scene investigations.

Following this, the report will then undergo a technical review by one of our senior fire investigators before being sent out to our clients.

This reassures our clients that we are providing a consistent quality service across all investigations, pooling the knowledge of our senior and junior investigators to provide the highest quality outcomes for our clients.
